Ok, In my line of work and the career I am currently excelling in is da art of suhi.... I love it, no other medium other than video gaming, do I have the chance to do something truly innovative. Taste, Touch, and Tantilization for the eye.
My 3 Ts for the sushi experience. Art and Food a beautiful combination.
Where else can you create something as delicate as a rose out of the raw fat of the most beautifully ruby colored tuna. Create a bed of grass out of that which is a cucumber settled on a nest of shredded carrot accompinied by the greenish leaf with the strongest scent of wasabi. It's beautiful alone no need for the tweeking in the publicity of the digital world. Nature in it's pure form that's what sushi is about. Eating is purely up to the owner of thus medium, but there are a few tips to help enhance your experience. I myself as a sushi chef constantly recommened my customers stay clear from the soy sauce, if need be only lightly dip the fleshy side of the fish, never soaking you rice in thus oil. Never combine your wasabi with your soy sauce, for you will surely dilute your experience entirely, let the wasabi rest on the object at hand and allowing the opposite side to touch said piece. Letting both sides combine in your pallaete alone will cause a frenzy of sensations to arise. Thus is your first tip to a better experience in the Dinning World!!!!
